Pricing questions

Do longer tapes cost more?

No. Tapes are a flat rate per tape no matter the length. A three-hour tape is the same price as a thirty-minute one.

Is there a minimum order?

There's a small minimum so the setup time is worth it. Ask for the current minimum for your mix.

How long does it take?

Most orders are done within a couple of weeks; larger collections take longer. A timeframe comes with your quote, before any work starts.

Do I get my originals back?

Always. Your original tapes and photos come back to you with the finished files.

How do I pay?

Card payments are handled securely through Stripe, or you can pay by cash or check. Payment is due when your finished files are ready. Nothing upfront for standard orders.
